Buy Wimbledon 2012 tickets

Are you looking for tickets to the 2012 Wimbledon Championships? On this website you will find information about the best places to buy tickets and how to avoid getting ripped off.

There are three main ways to buy Wimbledon tickets:

  • Enter the public ballot. The deadline for entries for the 2012 finals closed in December 2011.
  • Queue on the day. Limited numbers of tickets are available. We have advice on how to queue.
  • Buy Debenture Tickets. These are available for Centre Court and Number 1 Court throughout the two weeks of the Championships.

Please note you should NOT buy tickets from touts or from websites such as eBay. Only Debenture tickets can be resold. The resale of all other tickets is forbidden and your ticket may not be valid. Find prices now.

About Debenture Tickets

Debenture tickets are owned by individuals who pay upwards of 20,000 per seat to secure the rights to one of the show courts for each day of the Championships for five years. They are issued by ballot and extremely difficult to obtain. However, Wimbledon Debenture Holders are allowed to resell tickets to some or all of their days. Some Debenture Holders attend some days, then sell their tickets to other days. These are the only Wimbledon tickets can be legitimately and legally resold.
